According to Daily Express, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has approved the club’s seeking of Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen and the Germany player is expected to become Chelsea player soon.

According to Daily Express, Abramovich has again given the approval to the club’s pursuit of three other versatile players.
Abramovic recognize the fact the club need to strengthen their defence after they conceded more goals than any of the teams in the top 10 of the Premier League this season and with this, he has backed the club’s pursuit of Ben Chilwell, Lewis Dunk and John Stones.
