Chelsea have reportedly progressed to an advanced stage in discussions to sign Bayer Leverkusen playmaker Kai Havertz, according to reports. Chelsea have already agreed a deal worth €80m plus add-ons to sign the Germany International.

But the deal is been hold up by when the €20m add-ons will be paid. Chelsea are still in talks with Leverkusen over when the add-ons will be paid and it is believed that the deal will be announced next week.
